About Ledgio

Ledgio makes simple job costing and pricing tools for small contractors: electricians, general contractors, HVAC techs, plumbers and landscapers running a crew of one to ten.

The idea came from trade forums, where owners keep asking the same question: did this job actually make money? Most small shops know their hourly rate but not what a job earned once drive time, unbillable hours and overhead are counted. Field-service software can answer that, but it costs $59 to $300 a month. These tools do the core maths in a Google Sheet you own, for a one-time price.

I am not a tradesman. I build spreadsheets and pricing tools, and I am based in India, selling to contractors in the US. The formulas are shown in plain sight so you can check every number yourself.

How the numbers are checked

• The free calculator and the paid sheets use the same formulas, and the sample shop gives the same results in both.
• Every step of the maths is written out on the calculator page, with a worked example you can redo by hand.
• The sample shop and trade presets are made-up starting points, not survey data. Replace them with your own numbers.
